Mommy and me magic at the studio


If you’ve ever wished you could bottle up a slow Sunday morning with your baby… this is exactly what this Miami mommy and me mini session was all about.

This session was actually inspired by one of my family inquiries (which, honestly, are always the best kind of inspiration). She told me she wanted her photos to feel like a Sunday at home—think cuddles in bed, dancing in the living room, and those soft, slow moments we wish we could freeze in time.

And I couldn’t stop thinking about it.

So I brought that vision to life right here in my Miami studio—and just like that, these Mommy & Me mini sessions were born.


Creating a “Sunday Morning at Home” Feeling in a Miami Studio

Studio sessions sometimes get a bad rep for feeling too “posed” or predictable—but this? This was the opposite.

We designed the entire experience to feel like home.

Our first set: Comfy & Cozy in Bed

Soft sheets, neutral tones, natural light pouring in… the kind of space that invites you to slow down, snuggle in, and just be with your baby.

And this mama? She understood the assignment.

She showed up ready to soak in every second with her baby girl—cuddling, laughing, playing, and just existing together in the sweetest, most effortless way.


The Reality Behind the Magic (Because Toddlers)

Now let’s talk about what really makes these sessions mine.

Because yes, the photos are soft and beautiful and emotional…

…but behind the scenes?

There’s always a little chaos. And honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way.

This session delivered in full:

  • Toddler meltdown? ✔️
  • Big feelings? ✔️
  • A shattered ceramic mug? ✔️✔️✔️

I'm not sure what I was thinking when I bought ceramic mugs for a session that guaranteed toddlers, but I know I was fully committed to the ✨ Aesthetics. ✨

But don’t worry—I'm fully committed to the vision and immediately bought six more after this session because apparently I learn nothing and believe in my vision that deeply.
